9. Skunk #1
Skunk #1 is an excellent strain for new growers interested in growing a hybrid. It was developed by bringing together strains from Central America, South America, Afghanistan, and Thailand. And for many cannasseurs, this is the standard in the world of hybrids. But because it’s indica-dominant—the strain is roughly 65% indica and 35% sativa—it’s got the hardiness of the indica side. Yet when it comes time to smoke, you’ve also got the sativa side coming through.
Expect your plant to start flowering around 45-50 days. When it does, buds will show up in dense, round clusters. After harvesting and curing your flowers, you should get a potent final product.
