Oprah is so rich and famous that the world knows her by her first name. This billionaire has an eponymously named TV show and lifestyle magazine. Through her work in media, Oprah has hosted some of the most watched interviews of all time, as well as popularized a new, confessional style of interviewing.
Oprah has lit up the internet this week, and for good reason: Her BFF Gayle King recently spilled the tea when it comes to Oprah Winfrey and the green goddess. In an interview with Ellen, King describes herself as “a square” but can’t say the same for Oprah. “Oprah has also smoked a little marijuana too. I don’t mind saying that. I’m not telling tales out of school,” she divulged to the audience.
But is Oprah a fan of the herb, Ellen asks. “I refuse to answer on the grounds that I might incriminate her,” Gayle says. Say what you will, but this sounds like a resounding yes to us.
