Bill Maher has been seen smoking weed on HBO which should have lead to a $1.7 million dollar fine. This happened earlier this year on an episode of HBO’s ‘Real Time with Bill Maher.’ He lit a joint and smoked it with guest rapper Killer Mike who is a marijuana activist.
