The newest rankings list the University of Wisconsin-Madison at number ten for the most weed-friendly colleges in the U.S. Located in the heart of Wisconsin, Madison is often considered the most liberal part of the state.
Seems like that liberality extends to cannabis use, as students at UW regularly find time to spark up.
