Looking to get your buff chick on? Join the club. There’s arguably no better food on the planet to consume in mass quantities when you’re baked. Well, there’s probably one: weed-infused buffalo wings. That’s right; you get the best of both worlds: a dank food that also gets you blasted. These things are so good, you won’t even realize they have a bunch of weed in them. Luckily, we managed to cook up a simple and easy recipe, so that anybody can chef them up. Take a look for yourselves.

To successfully make weed-infused buffalo wings, you’re going to need the following ingredients:

  • 25 chicken wings
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup of cannabutter
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Now, let’s start cooking.

This is perhaps one of the simpler cannabis-infused recipes, which bodes well for the impatient. The whole process should really only take about an hour to an hour and a half (outside of making the cannabutter, of course).

1. Prep

To kick off the recipe, you’re going to want to start by preheating the oven to 400º F. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil, and then spray it with some non-stick cooking spray.

2. Bake Wings

Next, place the wings on the baking sheet, and stick them in the oven. Let them cook for about 25 minutes.

3. Mix Ingredients

While your wings are in the oven, start making the wing sauce.  combine your garlic powder, paprika, pepper, chili powder, salt, hot sauce and cannabutter in a saucepan. Put the flame on a low heat, and stir the mixture until the butter is melted. Now, remove from the flame and place in a bowl.

4. Coat Wings

Remove the wings from the oven, and let them cool for a second. Now, it’s time to toss the wings in the buffalo sauce. Just dip the wings into the bowl, and try to evenly distribute the sauce so everyone gets in on the fun.

5. Re-Bake

Now it’s time to bake again (that’s not a weed pun, seriously). Place the wings back on the baking sheet, and place in the oven for another 20 minutes. Turn the wings over halfway through cooking to ensure both sides are evenly cooked. Lastly, ensure the wings are cooked all the way through, and there’s no pink in the middle. Take the wings out, and you’re now ready to get baked yourself (that one was intentional).
