3. Cannabis-Infused Condensed Milk
Ideal Pairings: Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Chai, Smoothies and Milkshakes, Holiday Egg Nog
Don’t get too excited, but you can make cannabis milk at home with just a can of condensed milk and some ground up cannabis.
We won’t rehearse the process again. It’s the same as all the others. Decarboxylate your ground up weed at 225 degrees for a half hour, add it to the condensed milk, heat, and voila. Use anywhere from an eighth to a quarter ounce of weed.
To prevent the condensed milk from turning into caramel — although that would be awesome, too — keep the temp to about 165 degrees.
Because of the lower temperature, you should let the condensed milk and decarbed cannabis infuse for 2 hours.
The whole thing has a kind of vintage vibe to it. And there are ways to use condensed milk in drinks you’ve probably never thought of.
