Sephora To Sell First Cannabis-Infused Brow Gel

Milk Makeup's new cannabis-infused beauty products are some of the trendiest items in the cosmetics industry today.

A new cannabis-infused surprise is coming to the shelves of Sephora and Milk Makeup. Milk Makeup just announced the launch of a new cannabis-infused brow gel called Kushbrow. The product follows on the successful launch of Milk Makeup’s CBD-infused mascara.

Kushbrow To Launch In Three Shades and Clear

Milk Makeup announced via Instagram post the launch of a new cannabis cosmetic product. “Do something DOPE for your brows,” reads the post debuting Kushbrow.

Milk Makeup describes Kushbrow as a hemp-derived, CBD-infused cannabis oil. Cool and cute at the same time, the gel also contains tiny, tinted heart-shaped fibers that create full and thick brows.

The cannabis-infused brow gel uses cannabis oil to condition eyebrow hairs and lock the fibers into place. This gives customers an all-day hold without harsh alcohol. In fact, Milk Makeup says Kushbrow won’t cause flaking or stiffness.

Kushbrow comes in three tinted shades, and also a clear gel. And their names harken to classic cannabis products. There’s Haze, for blonde to light brown brows, Dutch for medium brown, and Grind for deep brown to dark hairs.

The official release of Kushbrow is tomorrow, June 26. Kushbrow will be available online first, at Milk Makeup and Sephora. Expect Kushbrow to hit Sephora store shelves on July 6.

The company had offered an exclusive flash sale of a limited quantity of Kushbrow through a link in their IG bio. But products have since sold out—”for now,” Milk Makeup teased on Instagram.

Of course, Milk Makeup isn’t the only cosmetics company to offer cannabis-infused beauty products. In fact, CBD-infused products have become some of the trendiest items in the beauty aisle.

Cannabis oil is an exceptional natural moisturizer. And because it’s derived from hemp, the products are legal everywhere hemp products are, which is virtually everywhere.

In other words, you don’t have to live in a state with legal cannabis to enjoy health and beauty products made with hemp. Furthermore, since CBD is non-psychoactive, unlike its counterpart THC, users of these cannabis products won’t get high. But they will have incredible eyes.

As marijuana continues to move into the cultural mainstream, there’s less apprehension about branding and marketing products containing hemp or cannabis. Indeed, companies are finding success appealing to health and wellness-minded consumers across the industry.

Milk Makeup first tested the waters, fittingly, on April 20. As part of a 4/20 day celebration, Milk Makeup launched a CBD-infused mascara called Kush. And with their new cannabis-infused brow gel, the NY-based company is continuing the trend.
