- 1/2 cup of corn syrup

First, cover a large baking sheet with wax paper. On the side in a regular saucepan, combine your sugar, salt, corn syrup, and water on medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Stir often, and mix in the peanuts once all the sugar has dissolved. Let those cook in the mixture until you get a reading of 300 degrees on your cooking thermometer. It is then time to add in the last couple ingredients.
Once your mixture hits 300°, take the pan off of the heat completely. Add in your cannabutter and baking soda, and stir until all combined.
Once this is done, take your baking sheet and spread the soft brittle on evenly. At this point, you can leave it to harden as one big sheet or cut it into pieces beforehand.
