Miley proudly admitted she spent seven hours in a cafe in Amsterdam where marijuana is legally sold.

“There was business and pleasure,” she said. “But was more pleasure.”

She said the place she went to wasn’t on the map and she had never been there before, so she obviously “needed to go.”

Then, she jokingly added, “Did I look different going in than I did going out? Didn’t you know that coffee makes your eyes like this and gives you mad cotton mouth?”

Cyrus has made it a part of her personality to let the world know she doesn’t care if they know she smokes weed.

She has used her platform to advocate for legalized marijuana in the past. She once interrupted a performance to tell fans not to quit their cigarettes and to “roll a fat joint” instead.

Additionally, in 2013 she smoked weed on the stage of the European Music Awards.

She really doesn’t care who knows she smokes weed or what is expected of her.

“I was just walking out of my room and then I was like ‘Oh I have in my bag, that will be really funny,” she said during a radio interview with U.K.’s Capital FM.

“And I didn’t say anything to anybody. It’s not that I think about that, and I don’t tell anyone I’m gonna do it because then they’re going to tell me no.”

“I just did it mostly because I knew the fans in Amsterdam would love it and they started going crazy when I did it.”

The pot princess can’t stop reminding us how much she loves weed and she doesn’t care what we have to say about it.

“I don’t care what the media says because I don’t Google myself so I don’t know what they say and I don’t care because it’s a bunch of people that maybe one time in their life they dreamt about being a journalist and then they became what they are.”

She continues to promote her love for pot. Just last month she shared photos of her new pot leaf tattoo and several festive weed-themed sweaters on her Instagram page.
