Places like Venice Beach have always been hotbeds of weed-related activity and culture. But beyond that, California as a whole has always been remarkably 420-friendly.
The state has had legalized medical marijuana for years. And apparently, it’s not too hard for visitors to get a medical card so they can enjoy some green while visiting the Golden State.
